Inquiry and the Spiritual Path
The title expresses both the method of the work, which is inquiry and the perspective of realising your True Nature. The first step of inquiry makes us move on the path and allows us to continue moving all along the spiritual path. Inquiry is the practice of exploring the immediacy of personal experience.
Spiritual practice is primarily the cultivation of presence, understanding, awareness and surrender. If we can learn to simply live with an open awareness, we learn to live in a contented condition that we can call “being ourselves”. Being ourselves leads us to the deepest essential core of our Being, way beyond what we believe ourselves to be through the perspective of the ego.
By cultivating an inner attitude of being ourselves we open up to all the mysteries our essential Being beholds. To introduce this work right now 2 modules are planned:
