Dear Friends, 2025 will mark a new phase in my work. After many years travelling so much and to so many countries is finally changing. I will travel less and focus my attention on the Therapist and Essence Trainings. I will be doing three Training programs in the next years. New Essence Training beginning November 2024 which will be conducted with Turiya in Osho UTA and ending in 2026. Details can be found on the Osho UTA Website www.oshouta.de/de/angebot/dimensionen-des-seins The Second is a continuation of work that has been done in Holland and is an ongoing Training in Couple and Relationship Issues. This ongoing training will happen in Italy this year near Assisi and will address the complex themes in relationships and sexuality that we see more commonly in therapeutic practice. The ongoing training can be joined if you are a practicing therapist in any area. This Training is based in an object relations approach using depth psychology and psychodynamic insights. Object Relations theory is a psychoanalytic theory that emphasizes the importance of early bonding with caregivers in shaping adult personality and behavior. It's based on the idea the people's internalized relationships with others from childhood continue to influence their adult relationships in often frustrating and painful ways. This work will also be trauma and attachment informed and influenced by my work in Meditation and Enquiry over many years. Enquiry and the focus in intimately tracking our inner experience is a powerful method to transformation and intersects meditation and psychology. The Third is a beginner 3-part training given over 2 years that will take place in Switzerland and will be conducted in English and German- Co-Dependency Training. This training will offer a basic understanding of healing codependency. We will explain the family dynamics that give rise to this as well as explain shame, trauma, negative contracts and issues relating to boundaries and needs. This training will be a mix of experiential, theoretical and practical.
