Individual Sessions (On Skype and In Person)
The goal in Individual sessions is to work in a very gentle and focused way to help each person come more in touch with their inner experience. We work with psychological material, with the body using breath and mindfulness, with held or locked emotions to free up the feelings. But the sessions also encourage through sensitive and directed enquiry a direct contact with our inner being or Essence. This combines our inner and outer or our psychological and spiritual to help us in a holistic way to resolve our conflicts and to deepen our presence and our access to our soulful interior dimension.
Private sessions are possible on Skype or by Telephone.
"Be a child again and you will not be running away from yourself. You will be running within yourself - and that is the way of the meditator. The worldly man runs away from himself, and the seeker runs within himself to find the source of this life, this is consciousness. And when he discovers the source, he has discovered not only his life source, he has discovered the life source of the universe, the whole cosmos.
A tremendous celebration arises in him.
Life becomes just a song, a dance, moment to moment."

Couple Sessions
Goals and Objectives of Couples Therapy
The major aim of therapy is increasing your knowledge about yourself, your partner and the patterns of interaction between you. Therapy becomes effective as you apply new knowledge to break ineffective patterns and develop better ones.
The key tasks of couples therapy are increasing your clarity about:
Many times in our Relationships we face challenges. Even when we love each other and are committed to the partnership we can find we have times when our communication breaks down or we are emotionally and physically closed to each other or we are in conflict.
These are good moments to seek help. In my work I try to help people to rediscover their intimacy and trust.
My work is gentle but penetrating and through the safety of the session framework a deeper honesty and opening to the truth of what is happening can help to shift stuck places and open new levels of energy and presence. Couple counselling is a powerful way to know and understand your partner more deeply but at the same time this can only happen when you are willing to know and understand yourself more deeply.
couple counselling can be a totally transformational process.
I use methods based on an Object Relations approach or an Attachment approach.
Sometimes the work needs us to take into account the traumas suffered as children that leads to places of mistrust and fear in us. We then unconsciously bring this to our adult lives and relive the present as if it were a continuation of the past. We can then use a Trauma based approach that helps to shift these patterns at the level of the brain and the nervous system.
A minimum of 3 sessions is advised to begin with and then together we can assess how things are going and adjust our work accordingly.
